Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Jus'Print ("we", "us") collects when you use the Jus'Print apps, website, kiosks, and chat channels (together, the "Service"), and how we use and protect it. Jus'Print is operated from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details — your name and email address when you sign up.
  • Files you send to print — photos and documents you upload or share to create a print job. These are stored only as long as needed to print (see "File handling" below).
  • Print job details — number of copies, colour/black & white, page count, price, and status of each job.
  • Wallet & transactions — your prepaid balance and a ledger of top-ups and charges. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay); we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
  • Location — only when you use the Kiosk Locator, to show nearby kiosks and directions.
  • Channel identifiers — if you print via a chat channel (e.g. Telegram), we receive the identifier that channel provides (such as your Telegram user ID) to link the job to your wallet.
  • Device & usage data — push-notification tokens, and analytics about how the Service is used, to improve reliability and features.

2. How we use it

  • To create, price, print, and track your print jobs.
  • To operate your prepaid wallet and record transactions.
  • To show nearby kiosks when you ask.
  • To send you the status of your prints (e.g. "collect your print").
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and improve it.

3. File handling & auto-erase

Privacy is core to Jus'Print. A file you send is uploaded only to produce your print. The moment a print job reaches a final state — printed, failed, or expired — your uploaded file is deleted from our cloud storage. Ready-made documents from the Jus'Print Store (public/government forms) are not your personal files and remain available in the catalogue.

4. Payments

Wallet top-ups are handled by Razorpay. Your payment-instrument details go directly to Razorpay and are governed by their privacy policy; we receive only confirmation of success or failure and the amount. See razorpay.com/privacy.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that run the Service on our behalf, under contract:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Razorpay — payment processing.
  • Chat platforms (e.g. Telegram) — only when you choose to print through them.
  • Analytics — to understand and improve usage.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention

Uploaded files are deleted as described in section 3. Account, wallet, and transaction records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can close your account. Email support@jusprint.app and we'll help. Some records may be retained where the law requires.

8. Security

Kiosks authenticate with per-device keys, money movement is handled by server-side transactions, and files are erased on completion. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
