Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Jus'Print apps, website, kiosks, and chat channels (the "Service"), operated by Jus'Print ("we", "us"), based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Jus'Print lets you create a print job from a photo or document, receive a one-time QR ticket, and print it at a Jus'Print kiosk. Pricing is calculated by us at the time the job is created.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Wallet & payments

The Service uses a prepaid wallet. You top up in advance and your balance is charged when you redeem a QR ticket at a kiosk.
Top-ups are processed by Razorpay. Wallet balance is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Prices for prints are shown before you create a job and may change over time.

4. Refunds

If a kiosk fails to print your job (e.g. paper jam or printer error), the charge is automatically refunded to your wallet.
A QR ticket that is never scanned expires after 24 hours and is not charged.
Because printing is performed immediately on redeem, completed prints are generally not refundable. For any issue, contact support@jusprint.app.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you send. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them only to produce your print, after which they are deleted (see the Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to print what you submit.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to print or transmit anything unlawful, infringing, or that you are not authorised to reproduce, or to interfere with kiosks or the Service. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

7. Third-party channels

When you print through a third-party channel (e.g. Telegram) or pay through Razorpay, those providers' terms also apply to your use of their platforms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that kiosks are always available or that every print will be error-free. Print quality depends on your source file and the kiosk hardware.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the print job giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
